The last two weeks have been exciting and busy.
We have been out and about the local vicinity and further afield to Cambridge and the Cotswolds to our regular clients.
We are passionate about supporting SME’s and continue to offer a flexible service, which is the key to our success.
The service we offer is tailored to meet the needs of busy people who have grown their business and now need some additional support.
Both Sandy and Jane have worked for large organisations where you have the support ‘on tap’ of specialist departments such as I.T., finance, HR, marketing and customer services to name a few.
We understand what it is like to move away from that culture and grow your own business where you are everything!
We recognise that it can be difficult to juggle all the tasks needed when it’s all down to you!
Whilst concentrating on the business of which you are the expert, it is essential for success that you recognise what areas of your business need the support of someone else.
This is the point when we regularly receive a call.
We are thrilled to tell you that we are currently working with the Corsham Institute team, led by Claire Alexander, COO.
Claire recognised the need for support for the Corsham Institute, however, whilst the charity is developing, it does not currently require full time admin or PA support.
We have worked closely with Claire and her team to tailor a flexible service which meets their needs.
We currently take the notes of the monthly Board meetings, and transcribe into formal minutes. We also give support with events, and recently assisted with the Digital Corsham Community event at Hartham Park.
This was a very busy and successful event, with over 50 attendees, for which we supported with invitations, ‘front of house’ services of registration, personalised name badges, capturing feedback from the event and preparing a contact database for follow up work.
